Return Policy
We do not offer returns or exchanges, however if there is an error with your order, you will have 10 DAYS from the delivery date to contact us via email, and we will do our best to make it right.
If an order is cancelled prior to shipping, you will be refunded minus a 5% restocking fee.
All orders will be noted with a USPS or UPS tracking number upon shipment.
Bobs Daughter Designs and/or Mica Mermaid Shop is not responsible for packages after shipping. If you have any questions about your package after shipping you will need to contact the Postal Service directly.
If your items were damaged in shipping, please save the damaged items and the original packaging and file a claim with your local post office for consideration.
Bobs Daughter Designs and/or Mica Mermaid Shop, LLC has the right to refuse service at our discretion.
