Shipment processing time

All glitter orders are processed within 2-4 business days and shipped the next day excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

We ship via USPS or UPS depending on the best possible rate determined by the carrier and clearly displayed upon checkout.

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

All orders will be noted with a USPS or UPS tracking number upon shipment. 

Bobs Daughter Designs and/or Mica Mermaid Shop is not responsible for packages after shipping. If you have any questions about your package after shipping you will need to contact the Postal Service directly.

If your items were damaged in shipping, please save the damaged items and the original packaging and file a claim with your local post office for consideration.
